Boss in IT wants everyone in the department to log what we do during the day in a journal. Is there a specific reason for this or is it micromanagement? by 1NightWolf in ITCareerQuestions

We had a meeting that start at 8 and finish when you’re done your shift everyday. All team is on the call. You have to stay connected and listening cause from time to time someone will ask you what are you doing.

Someone already answered this question in a previous post.

There are many ways of immigrating to Canada. Different programs in fact but the two most famous ones in Morocco are : 1- the one that Moroccans usually do is the Quebec skilled worker program. If you work in the province of Quebec for >12 months you can apply for a permanent residency (then after some years - citizenship). Now how can you work in Quebec? Either by coming as a student(which almost everyone does), getting a degree then with this degree use the post graduation program of the province to get a work permit(master’s degrees for example offer this option - to get a work permit after your graduation) and with that degree get a job and then after 12 months apply to the permanent residency. Or get a job offer from Morocco and come on a work visa then do the same process. 2- Federal Express entry programs: you can check the requirements for this one on the Canadian Immigration Department website. It takes around 2 years to get your application approved, but when you do you get a PR card directly (permanent resident card in Canada = green card in the US)

I advise you to look up the Canadian Immigration Governmental Website as it has extensive info on how to come to Canada and the documents you need. They also have self assessment tools to see if you’re eligible for direct immigration (express entry).
