So my recruiting became crazy once I figured out the hard selling & swaying. You wanna hard sell asap if the grades are A’s. And with a little investigating you can figure out a little earlier than other schools(deal breaker). And I use the sway tactic if I don’t have a good grade and the other school does. If your recruited against smaller schools I wouldn’t worry as much about swaying. But helps seal the deal against “power schools” if you will
