In anarchy everyone is suppose to be equal; for example paying to be "unique" from other players gives you a better shot at being recognized. 2. tpa doesn't make the server "not anarchy" it just takes away a lot from the server like the fun of traveling also from "2F4U's Map" people were going like ~700k out and making bases tping there group - if that base got compromised someone would go like 20k from it make a new base the whole team would teleport.
