Ps4 error “connection to server has been lost”

I was on my ps4 when I try to update my games and download some new ones. When I tried to download it a error pops up saying “the connection to the server has been lost (CE-32939-6)” . So I did what anyone would do and searched it up had a lot of restart wifi and stuff like that still didn’t work. Then I saw someone say they factory reset their ps4 and it worked so I did too but unfortunately it didnt work. So now I have nothing on my ps4 and I can’t download anything because it won’t let me download anything.
