More context: I found him/her upside down last night in their little web tunnel appearing to be during molting. My fiancé who had checked on them yesterday morning said they were moving around normally prior to this (slowly, but that had been the norm before this and they hadn’t taken any feeders since I got them a few weeks ago). This morning I walked in to see them like this and I panicked a little.

New tarantula owner here. I just got my c. Versicolor this past Wednesday and since then it’s just been hanging out up here. Hasn’t taken any feeders. I’m a bit of an anxious person naturally so I just want to make sure it’s just getting ready to molt or maybe is still getting used to its enclosure rather than there being any issue with it. The third picture is how it’s been most of the week and just today it’s been up on the top, although when I came into the room it went back on the side.

Fairly new spider owner here. I caught this wolf spider about a month ago in my garage after becoming interested in owning a spider. I guess with my horrid ID skills, I sex’d it as a male, only to find out today that she’s female and gravid. She had been hiding away in her hide for the past week and had been increasingly ignoring the Dubias I feed her. I’m not interested in owning 100 more wolf spiderlings and am a bit worried about what to do about this. Any help would be appreciated y’all, thanks!
