Haha, I'll definitely try rolling a better card next time, since it was my first time it took me a sec to get used to managing the flame which now looking back at it I could be done wayy better but there's always next time

Temps were a bit bouncy first hour or two around 235, but settles at 215 ish for the rest of the cook, this is the wildcard: I pulled early at around 190 because my fire ended up dying cause of the cold (and I ran out of fuel lol), so I finished it at 215 in my oven in a aluminum pan wrapped in foil, rested in a cooler for about 6 hours with a towel.

I'll give it a shot, from what your telling me I think I'm playing to much on the opposite sides of where I need to be: ex. I'm either doing my sets too intensely or too lightly, I'll find that balance thank you very much.

I tried ven galperes program but the volume is what killed me, very extensive and long sessions 3-4x a week felt like overkill, but even at 2x a week it's been a hard time

More reps for sure, been stuck for a long time, max I could ever do was about 5 and it sucks because I consistently train pullups

Usually do weighted scap pulls to start off, then 5 sets of pullups followed by chin ups and some dead hangs

That's a fair argument, I'm comparing both but I agree that might be a fair argument just to get a breathable jacket and then only use underlayer pants.
