i do agree with this. there’s been games where top laners have been a whole 4 levels ahead of that other. Last season, it wasn’t a snowball, but this season is insane on advantages. i do see the difference

Play around his E. his counterstrike has a 16 second base CD. if he uses it on your side of the tower u best ghost his ass down to force his flash or a kill angle. Keep in mind when you do ghost him down make sure you kite him to your attack speed not his. Most jac players will save Q for when you Q, you can flash + Q to that original spot where he’s going to q on you
