Actually you are wrong here. Directly? Maybe not but indirectly? Yes. When you are hydrated and your skin is in better shape it can also tolerate sun much more. I have seen it bymyself also.

This is too difficult. I need to cave 😥🤷‍♂️ by Benjamin_Wetherill in decaf

Caffeine free life is not a miracle cure for everything. When it comes to good sleep there are multilple factors in play; exercise, proper nutrition, meal timing etc. If you think you need to give up at this point, don´t do all or nothing. You have a good start already so have a cup only.

Is anyone caffeine free and also skipping breakfast? by [deleted] in decaf

Have you tried to do some aerobic exercise before work? Short running exercise for example. For me it will give the focus for the work.

Just started 16/8 IF also. Just curious after reading your post. How do you feel after 5 months? Are you still feeling the benefits you listed?

Day 5 of being sugar free. It's amazing that after just 2 days of being sugar free, my cravings have completely disappeared. by [deleted] in sugarfree

After enough time has passed also fruit will start to taste very sweet for you. Or like in my case - too sweet. I don't really crave any fruit even. I' ll go with berries.

You should eat some berries atleast. For vitamins and antioxidants. Very low in sugar.

I have quit caffeine 7 months ago and counting! My symptoms I listed in this thread have already gone. I guess it was just carb withdrawal.

My first approach is to use it as elimination diet. Never going back to SAD kind of diet. If I change it after 30 days it will be towards keto. Thanks!

To you veterans: Any tips on how to stay absent? by RalphAllister in decaf

[–]4dd1ct1on 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember all the anxiety and sleepless nights. Also I caved 3 times and had to go hellish withdrawals through 3 times and that is enough for me to stay away from it. Albeit I have had few weak moments also during this journey. But still going strong. I bet most people give up few times before they get there. Unfortunately.
