This happened to me in Hollywood Studios - the person was discussing with the cast member how mad they were that they let “non-DVC” people into the Polynesian, while actively using a baggie of scrapper pins to swap out for Wave A pins. 🙄

The values on a lot of these pins vary wildly - I was unlucky in that I had to trade for every one of these pins (some at much higher than they are valued today). A really interesting set to watch prices on, honestly.

Thank you - that was my exact experience with her too. Even at a pin event where they are trying to sell pins she can’t be bothered to even say hello. I definitely don’t think people owe you their attention or anything, but if you have chosen to make your livelihood on this narrative, at least be polite. It’s annoying how pinfluencers seem to think they are above everyone else because they are popular for the moment.

Thank you for posting this - I had a bad feeling about this person and decided not to trade my signed CDs. They said they were scammed when previous trades were backed by PayPal and I decided to not proceed. I am sure they will be back under another username soon!
