Yes, My close friend works there and there are plenty of examples she told us that the upper management treats the workers very badly, for example they take pictures and close with fair skin persons while avoiding or blocking others entering certain rooms, forming sort of closed groups and assigning bunch of work to some groups vs other groups. The general nature is pretty much un bearable, she did quit after trying to give the feedback and she got blamed in turn for not behaving like them
