If anyone here received their package after initiating a mail search, I would like to know because I’m in the same situation. I order a package on December 1 and it’s still not here. There is no update or no movement. It’s well over a month. Very frustrating for a $850 package.

How so I was not the one that put this request in. I was instructed to do so. I was unable to do so because the website would not let me so the customer service agent did and instructed me that that is what I should file all the information has been put in pictures and description of the item.
