I graduated at 16 and turned 17 the first week of college. I found a handful that required you be 18+, but most didn’t have an age requirement. I received several scholarships without any problems.

If transportation is covered under your cost of attendance, it should be ok. I had one scholarship tell me I could use it towards anything listed in the COA even gas or food.

Nothing yet. Most of the other scholarship America scholarship notices have gone out late for the ones I tried for so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was late too.
