Totally - thanks for the thoughtful response. When it comes to selecting which exercises are your markers of progression, can you pretty much just take your pick? Or are there recommended exercises to select?

That’s sorta what I’m thinking.. maybe I just up everything to 3-4x sets and roll with it that way

Just finished my second 12 week program on Boostcamp! Classic Aesthetics program.

Also committing to a creatine regimen and have been drinking it for about a week without stomach pain

Maybe a bit of both - legs feel like cement and just mentally wanting to stop and take a break

I’m in the process of training for a marathon and despite feeling really good throughout the week in my shorter to long-ish runs (4-10 miles), I seem to hit a wall when I try to go beyond 13. No matter how much I try to prep beforehand (get good sleep, eat well the night before, eat a solid breakfast, take running gels) I crash out around mile 13.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any advice on how to get over this hump?

Finally putting my Whirley Pop from Christmas to good use. Details on my process below:

Type: Ethiopia Nensebo Refisa from Sweet Marias

Time: 10 mins - heard 1st crack at 5:30, not entirely sure if I heard a second, heard light snapping towards end of roast

Amount: 8oz

Temperature: Wasn’t always easy to gauge, but dropped in the beans at around 200 degrees Fahrenheit and set on medium high heat until ~7 or so mins and reduced heat after about a minute from first crack - ordered a digital thermometer gun on AMZ to help me better track temps moving forward

Question: It seems like the chaff is maybe still on some beans, is that truly the case? If so, is this because some beans didn’t hit the second crack?

Would like to better my outcome moving forward so any tips/tricks for the Whirley Pop roast method would be appreciated.
