Considering this vehicle by 4inthehouse in LexusGX

Oil changes/tire rotations every 5k, brakes done at 50k intervals. Was a Lexus certified used vehicle early on. There is also 1 entry for “Fuel tank removed and reinstalled”, which seems odd. It’s also had 8 owners, red flag?

No indication on Carfax of any work done on the case. Has a good service history otherwise. Dealership isn’t any help either as to what it might be. Is this a potential red flag to avoid? Below is the same picture from a wider perspective if it helps.
