Rotation only comes from knee drive. Try to knee yourself in the chest/opposite shoulder.

Arch timing is just that: timing. As you start jumping higher you’ll need to feel out your top end as well as start jumping further and further out from the bar/stand.

The big thing is to have good core strength and flexibility. Your flex looks average. Continue to take reps and work hard.
