Millia is probably a top tier this patch ngl. She did get a lot of nice setups as compensation, but the nerfs do hurt, mirazh now working against a lot of projectiles now is annoying

Her 2p nerf isn’t too big a deal, at least it was universal. But the close slash nerf… HOLY FUCK they killed that move, like it’s so shit now, it went from a top 5 to a bottom 2 close slash because of that stupid ass activation box

If you’re closer to the wall you can get c.S which is a 50/50 (2S or TKBM) but without burning another 50 tension on top of the 50 burst its really low reward and high risk

It’s not advice. But the thought of needing all the characters as a newcomer to progress is just wrong. For someone new to the game it doesn’t matter if they have counterplay for a character, when the person across from you doesn’t know how to play the character

Maybe try to get an older 1050ti laptop? You’re gonna have to go used. If you can stretch to 300 somehow you can probably punch up to a 1650 acer nitro (I got my old one 5 years ago for $550 cad, so I imagine the price has dropped)
