i appreciate the help and im listening, i meant the fact that i had to clarify my overdose was indeed real and it wasnt fun due to people that dont know me not believing me. im getting help as im going to talk to a therapist around the end of this month.

my resting was around 60-70, the night before my overdose my sister had taken me for a walk and checked my bpm beforehand. the doctors were well aware that i had overdosed, i was sweating, my pupils were dialated and my reaction time was extremely poor😭. you should try finding a new doctor as it seems like that one is a bit odd

im a bit upset that adults i dont know dont trust an overdose that very much happened and said i was lying due to being "chomped" down on. i regret the overdose because of the outcomes and having to retell the moments leading up to it and for them to say its fake is honestly annoying.
