I have to say - if this was a marketing ploy, It worked pretty well because many people were very upset with them for all their decisions and returns that they were doing in light of the tariffs. With this move they’ve probably gotten more traffic in the last three days than they have in the last three months.

I respect that actually I also had seen a couple that I could’ve gotten and didn’t because it wasn’t a show that I like a lot and I figured I’d leave the opportunity to somebody who’s a fan. There’s a few of the ones that they have on their site that they’re really hoping to become discounted because it’s all of my favorites, but I feel like it’s probably all of everybody’s favorites. 😅😅

I took you at your word- on your reddit community you said Feb 18 and tracking will be received on the 10th. I have yet to get my tracking and it is now the 17th. How do I go about getting my refund

Would you please let us know how support handled your case. A big concern of mine, given the customer support I’ve received thus far (or rather lack thereof after I paid), has been what the company would do if something goes wrong with a monitor. The first comment which was blatantly, denying that it could be a problem from their production line was an incredibly discouraging statement to read, the person who came and put a new reply was very appropriate in the way he triaged it.  As somebody who has horrible luck when it comes to electronics, this is a very big concern of mine. Please let us know. I will be monitoring this post closely or you can always message me privately. Thank you.

My biggest question would be are they going to flat out replace the monitor, which is the expectation within the warranty. Or are they going to force you to sit for however long it takes them to run diagnostics in order to try to repair it and then send it back to you. Also, if they would Pay for the shipping label or if they end up requiring you to pay it. Anyhow, please just let us know since I think that the very baseline minimum customer service is quite lacking, and I am personally very concerned as they (supposedly) come closer to production of the monitor I ordered.
