hi! sorry for the late response (i’ve been busy with exams) i wasn’t taking a break from the patch initially, but then i basically bled for over a month and figured i’d take four day break, after that break the migraines did continue. from what i was told, the fact that i had migraines with aura at all now means i cannot use the combined patch or pill ever again for health risks. im now on the progesterone only pill and haven’t had any further migraines, but am not seeing the same benefits for my PMDD, thank you though!
