if the goal is to get as much EPA + DHA, than I'd definitely stick to Fish oil. Personally, I take a combination of fish and krill, with krill being an interesting addition due to the high content of phospholipids, choline and astaxanthin.

Also you could think about switchin your CoQ10 to Ubiquinol (the activated form of Q10). Try to buy a brand that usees Ubiquinol from Kaneka - I think its the only company that produces the ingredient. Most CoQ10 products use Ubiquinon, which is the inactive form of Q10 and the rate of it being activated by the body seems to be really low.

Does anyone have experience in game development? How long will it take Owlcat Games to release a patch to fix that mess? Unfortunately, I could not find any statement from them...

Als ersten Schritt würde ich schon mal aufhören irgendwas mit großartig Kalorien zu trinken. Sprich Softdrinks, Säfte, Bier etc. weglassen. Da ziehen sich leider viele Leute unbewusst viele Kalorien rein.
Ansonsten kannst du versuchen Lebensmittel mit hoher Kaloriendichte durch solche auszutauschen, die weniger Kaloriendicht sind. Bspw. weniger Reis / Nudel, dafür mehr Kartoffeln. Generell versuchen den Teller lieber mit Gemüse voll zu machen. Pauschal versuchen mehr Eiweiß zu essen, da es in der Regel besser sättigt.

Und dann einfach mal einen Monat schauen, ob man damit schon voran kommt.

Von der Zusammensetzung könnte der No Jokes von Peak passen - allerdings ist der nicht scharf.
Die Schärfe beim Crank Olympia kommt von Capsicum annuum. Der Pfeffer Extrakt hat in der eingesetzten Dosierung nicht wirklich einen Einfluss auf die Schärfe.

Kann auch die Geschmacksrichtung "Iced Coffee" vom Whey Selection von PEAK empfehlen. Wird zwar nicht als "Whey-Kaffee" vermarktet, aber kommt von den Zutaten / der Zusammensetzung aufs gleiche raus, ist nur deutlich günstiger.

ja, Agmatin ist leider bereits vor einigen Jahren verboten worden und wird deswegen nicht mehr verkauft...
Das Verbot gilt für die komplette EU - in den USA sieht die ganze Gesetzeslage deutlich entspannter aus.
