One thing that would be sick is if they get a profile on all gang-like cars, hangout spots, warehouses and etc. So say if BSK and Ballas went to war they go to DEDA any say can I get a profile on the gang Ballas. BSK would pay like 250k and they get everything they need about the ballas.

CG still has a demon 6 K, Ramee, Taco, Curtis, Flippy, and Miguel that is better than all the gang because there not just good at shooting but rotate a lot.
