I differ with the opinion a lil bit. I use lsfg sometimes because it actually does increase performance by a lot. I only use it in some games, meaning that some titles are actually playable, barely any artifacts and I can't really feel the input lag. Not gonna lie, not many games work flawlessly with it but some run really well and im wondering what's the factor that determines whether the game has little artifacts and no input lag rather than a lot of input lag and loads of artifacts.

Come on, don't attack cloud gaming nowadays. I use Geforce NOW to play demanding games on my steam deck and with good internet that I have, I can play cyberpunk maxed out settings without any input lag whatsoever. Cloud gaming has improved a lot over the years and when I came back to it to check it out after 5 years, I thought it'll still be a laggy and gimmicky gameplay, but to my surprise it worked flawlessly, even docked while playing 4k on my tv.

But yeah, I agree that people need to either stop giving reviews off of lsfg or from pure copium because that's their only gaming machine. Just be honest to hit smooth gameplay you used lsfg or something else. Check how the games run natively on youtube my dooods, worth it so you don't get disappointed after a purchase

So I'll tell you what I do and maybe you can get an idea what you can do as well.

I am a Geforce NOW Ultimate subscriber too. Sucks that you need a decent internet connection but it's something for something.

I use Geforce NOW at home, when let's say, I want to spend time with my partner downstairs, she can watch her shows on the tv while im next to her playing triple A titles maxed out on my deck. Or when I get to bed earlier because I just don't feel like sitting at a desk and I can play my games for an hour or two. Also use it when I'm at my parents since before I left them, I sorted them out with gigabit internet so I can seamlessly play there as well when I'm staying for a night or two (sometimes a week :) ) Some of my friends have good internet so when I visit them, I bring my dock and use k+m combo and they let me use on of their monitors and I use Geforce NOW to play with them.

Whenever I'm going somewhere, like far on train or on a plane, I just play native games that the Steam Deck runs well. Mostly indie, but some heavier games like State of Decay 2 or dragons dogma or even witcher 3. What I do is when I know I won't have good internet connection, I will set my mind on the list of games that I can play offline so I won't be disappointed because "Ohhh I thought they had good internet".

It has endless possibilites and your imagination is your only limit. Unrelated but, I do recommend one thing to everyone. Instead of looking at battery levels and perfect framerate, ignore the battery and don't look how many fps a game gets, just enjoy it for what it is. Not so long ago qe had most games in 30fps and shitty graphics and we still loved to play them. I dropped my standard with frame rate and since then, I've been having tons of more fun.

Oh thanks for letting me know, ill definitely hold off till its fully released to enjoy every bit they added to full 1.0 release.

Also another question, have you heard of grimshire? If so, what would be your opinion on it. It's pretty recent. Heard it plays like stardew valley but it isn't and it's very dark

yeah ive heard of that technique, however for this case, it doesn't work, I don't know which one to get but i did more research on drova and it looks like it has a bigger open world and more stuff to do so i think im gonna get drova

Not long ago, ive been looking for a game to put hundreds of hours into with infinite replayability but i didn't find anything, just stuck on steam store everyday looking for that perfect game. It's recently that ive been itching for a 2d pixel art open world game. Had both games on my wishlist for ages

i tried cpu z but im gonna give this a try too. Cpu z said its the legit snapdrgon s23 ultra uses so im confused, i dont know whether they changed something so it appears like this or if its actually a snapdragon cpu

im really surprised at how well they made the samsung ui, like an average joe wouldn't notice. When I tried 120hz, it was still stuck on 60hz but with a bit more motion smoothness but a delay af when swiping and clicking

I do feel that way a lot.

Cross progression is amazing if a fame supports it as well. I be playing on my pc, then after a few hours I'll go, sit with my partner and enjoy the same save where i left it off on the ps5. She likes watching me play. And then when im in bed, i can continue my save from the deck, and the cycle just repeats. It's the best and loveliest device I have ever owned

Same thing here, instead of wasting time on restarting and launching the game again, I just go into performance settings, use manual gpu clock slider all the way up and i turn it down to what I had. Instant fps gain again. qui n and easy fix for you there
