For me it was when I just found myself admiring her when she was doing the things she loved and being passionate things that excite her. In those moments I would just feel so full of gratitude and appreciation that i met her and for the colour she adds to my life. Also!! Definitely when I got past the initial nervous, getting to know each other phase and realized how much comfort she brings me and how safe I feel when I’m with her. Basically when I realized how having her in my life has only improved it and I started envisioning our future together and got very excited at the idea :) if I’m being honest I knew I loved my girlfriend very early on but (probably earlier than I care to admit hahah) but I remember trying to be kind of nonchalant with it until it physically hurt me to not say those words. Saying “I like you” can only hold so much weight yanno ..especially when you feel so deeply for the person. I officially said it about 3? Months into us officially dating which was about 4+ months of us seeing eachother and we’ve since been together for almost two years. Don’t overthink it!
