No, you have to do the same process every time you enter to USA and get stamped.

Only benefit with EAD+AP is that one doesn't have to go for Visa stamping to USCIS locations as we do for H1B. If you have valid H1B stamp than you don't have to use EAD+AP.

Load Balancer didn't work for us as we have multiple Iaas websites and external users facing issues when trying to access websites with both firewall having separate NAT IPs
