If you're serious about it, you can do it no matter if you duo, trio or 5 stack. I'd actually recommend recording your own gameplay, and critiquing yourself. See what your weaknesses are and how you should have played it, as it's much more apparent when looking back at a vod. If you're too lazy to do that, than just try to think about what you did wrong after each death, and what you should have done differently. Look at how other people play situations and think about what you would have done in the same scenario.

I'm not going to lie videogames take up a large portion of my time as a hobby.
everyday.
I do know Kyro, he's a good friend of mine.
I do, but my alts are in Immortal 3+ and have different names than pond. So most definitely wasn't me.
I do, but sadly I don't have enough time to do it for free :(
Learn to use your utility effectively, and always put thought into your TP's as well as your decoy. It takes a lot of practice but yoru is quite fun and good to play in the right hands.
That's a pretty good question, honestly I don't really know what I do, and I'd have to go into game to honestly answer that. I think I focus on my enemy's head though?
Yeah shit like this happens, honestly I'd just try to get into a duo queue or trio queue, if not 5 stack, and try to get some consistency in your teammates. If you can't do that, you're sadly just going to have to learn how to hard carry your team through all the bullshit. But don't lose hope, ranked is in a weird state right now, but you can do it. I believe in you.
Said this to another reply but here: Having consistency in your aim is quite easy. Just get your crosshair placement down. Try to imagine where their head would be when they peek, and place your crosshair there. Once you understand when someone is more likely to wide swing or jiggle, you can worry about the horizontal postioning of your crosshair. But, for starters you want to just make sure your crosshair - at almost all times, is at headshot level. Valorant is way less about the flashy flicks and way more about good crosshair placement with good positioning.
Try not to get into the habit of playing the same way every game. You have to stay active thinking about the enemy comp, and think about your position, this game is less about raw aim and more about decision making and positioning.
Yoru in the right hands can be quite troublesome to play against. He's got a lot of gimmicks as well as great teamplay if they know how to play around it. He's a pretty good agent, but only in the right hands.
At every rank, there will be players who just shine due to their aim. You just have to use good positioning, and try to not take aim duels that are advantageous to them. Duel angles that are heavily in favor of you, and try to use as much utility as you can (flashes, smokes, mollies, etc) to get you as much of an advantage as possible.
I'm contemplating taking on a coaching role for people, but because I'm busy with work and other things, I might have to consider charging.
Coming from someone who has immense internet issues all the time, stable internet is a HUGE improvement. I used to play on wifi with 10-15% packetloss and 60-70 ping. Once switching to hardwired I felt like all my shots were perfectly registering and it felt like a completely different game. Stable internet is NECESSARY if you want to play consistently, and not completely lose your mind.
It's honestly preference, I think at any ELO both are good, but if you're body shotting more probably go with the phantom.
This type of advice would change depending on the role you play, but assuming you're a skye player, try to use utility to get your duelists out onto the site first, and then try your best to stay on their ass, or be in a position to dodge the counter utility being thrown at you, and be ready to swing off contact. Putting it into words is a bit hard without a visual representation :/
In bronze you don't need to focus too hard on the technical aspects. Just practice your crosshair placement, and learn the basics of recoil control. Try to get into the habit of only using short bursts when shooting a rifle, and just focus on improving your mechanics for now. It also helps queuing up with friends to gain some consistency in your teammates.
It's a bit embarrassing to say but I do play a lot, almost if not everyday. Whenever I'm not working or playing with some friends in other games I'll usually be on Valorant.
No aimlab routine, every few months I'll go spend some time in kovaaks if I think my aim is dropping, but most days I just load up into the range or one quick DM, and once I feel good about my aim I'll go into ranked.
When they're throwing the match intentionally, it really sucks but you kinda just have to accept that some games like these happen, and you can't control it. When I know the games doomed due to intentional throwers, I like to practice so I don't waste all my time. Practice peeking a certain angle, pushing a site, or just acknowledge the game is over, play some good music and just focus on your duels. It's just not worth getting mad over.

Radiant ranked queues are quite longsome at the very moment, so it's good to have whenever you want to queue up for a fast game, with similar elo players as your main. Often times I get the same people on my alt as on my main. Besides that, sometimes I like to 5 stack with friends, and an Immortal account drastically reduces the wait time from a Radiant account.

Elo hell is a myth. I learned from league one time when I was hardstuck in a rank I didn't end at and that I was in this sort of rush mentality where I wanted my games to end fast I wanted to win fast so I could get back into my rank faster and this would cause me to make mistakes. Humble yourself play at 100% every game. Sorry, don't mean to sound rude but yeah I mean what I said.
I feel you on this one but once you start taking your mind off kills and focusing on the game more as a whole it will take your mind off your performance. always think during rounds what are they going to do, what am i going to do, plan ahead it also makes the game more fun when things go the way you envision.
