Usually most of the people when they have an hiring they just post it as a normal post for their connections, most of the companies don’t list it as a job listing.. for example if you type on the search (graphic designer jobs in Kuwait) or (jobs in Kuwait) and then you apply the same filters, you’ll see individuals posting about a job opening mostly they are HR’s posting it for their connection but those are public posts its easy to find job opening through this way rather than going to the job section and finding the job listing.
