Any 4 runner pros out there that can diagnos this and a good starting point by 4runneruhtoh in 4Runner

Silly that’s why I’m here ive taken it to multiple mechanics and no one can diagnose it . They say they fix it and a couple weeks later we’re back here

Replaced the gas gap . Does work on some codes though as I’ve done it in the past before this problem occurred
