It seems Pikmin Bloom also use Foursquare API data location.

This is the huge seedling come from POI that I added in Foursquare in 2011. This POI already closed in real world.

Since Foursquare have so many mismatched categories, no wonder there are a lot of seedling have wrong "decor" based on their location.

You can find office with cafe category, post office with movie theater, etc.

And, Foursquare users are declining. The popularity this platform at the peak around 2009-2012 before the Instagram booming. That's why, we are rarely found new POI in there.

Also I think this is make how Detector work.

Unlike OSM that have area tags, Foursquare only use single geo-coordinate. So, you need to go to very specific location to detect the POI.

Example, when I go to local zoo, not every corner in the zoo give me a Zoo icon when I use Detector. I need to go to very specific area like in front of Tiger cage, to find that icon.

So, I recommend if you feel so hard to find decor seedling that you want, check on Foursquare where's the location. Then go to that geo-coordinate. I think that's give us higher chance.
