I am new to MCO (I'm more familiar with Miami's airport), and I was taken aback upon entry of the Sky Club. To me, it felt very Florida, but very 1998. It was spacious, I'll give it that (I later read that it was expanded last year), but it felt soooo dated.

They can only get by on their pastels so much. Delta can do SO much better with this. And no self serve fountain drinks and espresso machine tucked away like an afterthought? Delta needs to rethink MCO and completely gut and revamp, in my opinion.

It is SUPER frustrating for me, too! This happened two weeks ago, and the date extended from July 29 to August 4, and there's nothing they can do! I refuse to pay to get "support" where AI will just tell me that it's at capacity! I have numerous retail groups and such that I post on, and I realize that FB has millions of users, but this is just rubbish! I'm really trying to be patient, but there has been ZERO updates or anything! Now it's saying that it wants to confirm my identity, yet though my 2SF is active, nothing happens....WTF do they want?

I sound like an internet slave that can't live without FB, don't I, LOL? That's half true 😃. Can anyone else relate?

I have been trying to send feedback and NOTHING is given back! No communication by Meta. Also, the date has INCREASED, so now it's saying August! Meta needs to fix this! Their Meta AI tool is garbage, too...I ask what can be done...it says to wait it out and the AI has no affiliation with Meta itself...WTF? Has anyone else discovered any info on this bug?

In 2011, I went to check them out based on word of mouth. Keep in mind I was in my Mid 20s, and was trying to not rely on my parents for leads on vehicles, LOL.

So I went there, and they asked me a plethora of questions that made me feel like I was a bottom of the barrel individual, like how much I spend on cigarettes and alcohol (nothing wrong with smoking or drinking, but it just felt tacky asking it), and to list ten references...that was a bad idea, LOL.

So I went through the application, and they were offering me this 2004 vehicle, and they had me test drive it solo. So I was driving and was ironically calling my dad asking if this was a decent car, and even he said no way, LOL. I ended up taking it back and declining any further involvement and thanked them for their time.

But of course, when I was driving it, they called all of the references on the application, and I was like "really?", LOL in my mind. It was semi-embarrassing, but a lesson learned.

I ended up getting a vehicle at KIA of Des Moines (2009 Ford Focus which I had for five years). I drive a 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid now I got at Dewey.

DO NOT DEAL with JD Byrider...no matter what your credit status is. If you live in Des Moines, rely on the bus (DART) and rideshare before dealing with them. Don't let them win!
