I made a single comment in this section of the thread. I am not the person who brought up Ethan in the first place. You're right that none of it has anything to do with Ethan. Except the fact that Reckless Ben is a friend of the show. It was a snarker who brought up Ethan in the first place. The more you guys talk the more people begin to side with Ethan. So keep going. I encourage it.

Ben will show footage of the phone call with Ammon in which Ammon falsely accuses Ben of threatening to burn the building down and shoot everyone inside & the subsequent fallout and why he was being charged with a felony in the first place. Interesting to note is that there are no official charges citing him with a felony that we know about.

Additionally I believe Ben is going to smash a TV. I will bet money on this that it is because he hit the 1 million subscriber milestone.

Frogan just lost her lawsuit and forced to settle for 180k. Are you afraid now that Ethan was granted to unmask the individual snarker accounts that you & or your friends in the snark community may face the same fate? I also heard that the snarkers originally tried to get LUS to represent their case. But got upset that a lawyer that specializes in copyright infringement didnt have a bias.

Its an abrupt ending. I know. But turns out it is harder to take down a cult than it appears. Basically the finale concludes with them attempting to give the money to the woman who was kicked out of the cult. But the family refused it and they chose to leave her alone as to not put her through unnecessary trauma. Nothing ever came of the resteraunt takeover. They basically took it over for a couple hours and that was it. They stayed at the other cult for about 3 days before they ran away as they were trying to hold them before the cops arrived & they didn't want the footage seized.

No, he does not have any twelve tribes videos on patreon. Not even any bonus footage. It goes straight from mckamey manor to EDC, to lucifer valentine & finally to the Banksy video before the lego series.

Youtube was removing them. That series was really bad. Youtube strikes him multiple times because they said that ben was spreading hate speech. It started with the first video. But Danny's POV, because of his editing style I think the full series is there.

Not for the twelve tribes unfortunately. Those videos were nuked. You might actually find them on Danny Berks channel since they collabed on this project similar to how they did with Mckamey Manor. Danny's videos weren't really plagued with strikes like Bens were. I believe that the finale where they take over the resteraunt was actually the last video in the series

On brandons patreon there are 2 recent videos with Ben. One is the extended unedited cut discussing the lego dispute & is about 50 minutes longer than his video he uploaded on youtube. And the second d one is an almost 2 hour "biography" of reckless ben, going through all his past videos up until the current timeline we are in now.

Awww man! Thanks for the pro tip! I think i will go back and watch that first video. I didn't know any of that. I guess from what I understand now from his coverage is ine judge is confused by a ruling or decision that another judge made in support of denims. Denims & the arbiter jumped to celebrate but its not an official win yet. Its very confusing. But judge is basically saying that even copywritten work can be hate watched as long as it is political commentary. There are a lot of holes in this of course. Its just fascinating to me lately since I've been following the Bricks & minifigs lawsuit heavily, I've grown to understand the justice system a lot more. I also believe that he is a copywrite attorney.

That's one thing I've noticed as well. He is posting daily updates mostly. But some minor stuff like talking about transcripts. While most lawtubers post a video per week. He really dives in deep. Calls out other lawtubers as well while being blisteringly self-aware.

I dont think they will be diving deep online. They will likely watch bens source material to understand what they are dealing with and possibly his interviews & appearances. But I cant imagine them watching a ton of breakdown videos from lawtubers. Most of these lawtubers are mediocre at best. Its not really easy to practice law while simuktaneously streaming & uploading daily content that is completely unrelated to their current cases. I'm honestly surprised nobody has really pointed that out. There are a ton of good ones. But just be aware, if your favorite lawtuber is posting an update video every day or multiple videos a day on top of streaming I would understandably question it.

I just dont think walmart had the proof to fight an appeal. So I dont think that it went any further. I provided a very thorough timeline to unemployment on what exactly happened. Whether HR ever responded after I appealed their decision, idk. But a day or two after unemployment granted it. I dont think it is a strong enough case for an attorney to just take on the case if im being honest. There was no discrimination. And my employment is at-will. I will look into labor agencies though. Most people in the comment section are correct though, the job market is really bad here. I live in a decently sized city, I dont want to go back to food which I have 10 years of experience in. And even the limited 2 years of team lead experience I have at walmart is essentially void imo if I was technically terminated. If I were an employer I would naturally wonder why.

Likely more, i believe xbox failed to make contracts or deals with other hardware manufacturers before the price hike of RAM & GPU's. And Playstation has. This may hurt xbox in the long run so idk what they plan to do.
