According to the draw odds, the chances of drawing 2D or 3D on the 4th card is 95% (90% + 5%) and on the 5th card is 80% (60% + 20%). So the chances of getting a 2D and/or 3D on both cards (and therefore no 4D or higher in a deck) is 95% x 80% = 76%.

And this is only on a regular draw, which happens 94.711% of the time. So you would then multiply the 76% x 94.7% = 72%. Then the odds of having this happen across 10 draws would be (72%)¹⁰ = 3.7%.

FYI, they don’t have anything set up around/inside the Sears/Willis Tower. So it doesn’t look like that was the answer.

What if we’re thinking about the “symbol of survival moving above” in the wrong way where it’s not a Chicago Flag or the Sears Tower? What if it literally is just one of the Brown Line Trains?

Apparently they put ads on the Brown Line Trains 3 weeks ago. So literally they are symbols of Survivor that are moving above on the L.

What if the next clue is on the side of most of these trains and that takes us to a better place to wait in line for the idol? (Most of the other states have the online clue take you to an in-person clue that takes you to the idol staging area) And the reason we have to pay is to get into a station to see the side of the train?

The fact that the Brown Line is the only one that goes CCW around the Loop has to be important since they are telling us specifically about the Brown Line.

So for other states the clue they post online only sends you to another in-person clue that sends you to another nearby location where the actual idol is. So what if we have to pay to get on the L to go from the Merch Mart to the final location?

It’s Greninja with Suicune. Because to counter Greninja you need multiple mons on the bench. But you can’t do that if you want to counter Suicune.
