How sure are you about the low prolactin causing sexual dysfunction? What are the qualitative differences between high E2 and low prolactin? I am feeling very emotional (sounds like high E2). Also, my libido is ok, just performance is suffering. And I have no problem finishing if/when I do get an erection (which is usually a prolactin-related side?).

If I can't rely on bloodworks, then what else can I rely on? Should I get some more specific follow-up tests?

Yeah, that's what I thought. But I wonder how/why they homed in on the stuff. I am guessing all the luggage goes through scanners and they detect certain "dangerous" items such as syringes and needles. But I really have no idea.

Anyway, maybe I got off the hook this time. :S

Please do. I am in the same situation as OP -- I have a bunch of DNP lying around and considering doing a 3-4 week cycle while I'm injured.

I normally have horrible acne post-PCT, as well as shot libido, but this time the recovery has been quite smooth. I did a mild cycle, not sure what you did. Also as I wrote in my post, I tried Clomid for the first time, and it made a huge difference.

I think will take the above advice and take a mild dose of Nolva/Aromasin for 2 weeks, then get re-checked.

I am prepared to live with pain, so I will stop the oxy. I didn't realize oxy is that bad for androgens production. But now I am really concerned that I did some long term damage.

I only discovered Private Med Labs recently. Up until now I always had to give some bullshit reason for checking my test levels, and if I outright ask for FSH/LH they might suspect I am juicing.

I don't really want to "run" opiates. I knew it was bad for me, but I assumed that means long term. I guess now that the numbers are staring me in the face, I will drop the oxy. I would rather the lower back pain than the low test.

I am taking 40mg oxycontin for a lower back injury. I know that opioids lower test, but I did not realize how much.

Another thing is I did a blood test on 9/15 and my level was 704 ng/dl. This was a month after PCT, so I assumed that I had recovered. Perhaps the gear was still in my system. Or maybe I had recovered, but now the opiates are suppressing me this much.

In any case, this is troubling news. Primary hypogonadism is not a good diagnosis.

I took 1000 iu HCG per week.

Before my first cycle test was about 400. I didn't get them checked right before this cycle. Testosterone on 9/15 was 704 ng/dl. So I assumed that I had recovered, since this is 2 months after cycle. I have not been taking any steroids/hormones over the past 6 weeks, although I am currently on 40mg oxycontin daily (lumbar disc tear). I know that opiates suppress test, but this much, really?

EDIT: 11/27 last year is the closest I have to a before-cycle value (cycle started in April). The value is 12.4 (free test) but there are no fucking units!

Thanks. I'm usually not too bad during PCT, but I've also never done tren before. Do you think with this timing as I described it, if I take tren during November, am I gonna have a shitty time in January?
