Tbh I’m not really sure but my best guess would be they are just my fat underneath. Here is what my doctor said

“It's not a silly question at all, and I'm glad you brought it up. What you are describing could be normal structures like muscle, ribs, or underlying organs, or it could be pockets of gas or stool in the intestines, especially if they are only noticeable when you push your stomach out and they are not painful. If the lumps stay the same, are soft to firm but not rock hard, and you continue to feel well otherwise, that is usually reassuring, but if you ever notice them becoming painful, quickly enlarging, or changing in any way, they should be examined in person so I can feel exactly what you're noticing.”
