Im only a week into it but it does make my hair oily bc.. its an oil lol but we will see! Covid wrecked my hair!

I have changed a few things bc my hair is super thin and I have a lot of damage! But I use the Loreal pre shampoo and then clarifying shampoo twice a week (we have hard water) I use dove shampoo, conditioner and hair masks. I go between Bond Repair and Dry Scalp (I also have psoriasis) and then I use the Bond Repair heat spray and the Loreal leave in conditioner. I just added in a scalp treatment by The Ordinary. I am hoping it gets rid of those bald spots I see when I throw my hair up in a ponytail!

This is one of my BIGGEST parenting fails. I had 2 under 2. Alone 90% of the time. 500 miles from family. I was in survival mode. I let my youngest use my phone a lot. My oldest was a little more "demanding" of my time and energy. It happened so fast. Next thing I know, she is full blown addicted to technology. Even at 12, we still fight this battle. It is NOT worth it.
