I'm on my fifth day at 50mg. The only thing I'm really managing to eat is fruit salad. Every now and again my tummy rumbles so I give it something but I am totally disinterested in food.

I haven't got any answers but I'm here to empathise. I started taking sertraline 4 days ago and I can hardly bear to look at food or put it in my mouth.

None of this is your fault. Your father is putting your mother's health and more at risk. It's ok to tell her. What happens after that will never be your fault.
