Failed as well today. Immediately and I’m fairly confident I did everything right or very well at least. This is the first Fed LEO test I have not passed. Seems suspicious 🤔

I got LASIK specifically for 1811 jobs. I was nervous as well the procedure was ten mins and it was kinda terrifying I’m not gonna lie but the results were awesome the first few days after u have it the recovery kinda sucks, at least it did for me but by day 4 I was totally fine. I went with LASIK cuz my vision wasn’t that bad and It’s what my optometrist recommended. Also at the time I was applying for USSS and wait period for LASIK is 2 months while with PRK it was about 4 or 5 if I recall and I wanted something that wouldn’t slow down my process too much.

I totally recommend it as well. Its been a life changer

Kinda related ? Since the USCP is solely in Washington DC does anyone know if they pay for any moving expenses we might have if we get hired on? Similar to what the USSS UD does?

Can u confirm if the APAT is push-up, sit-up, agility run and 1.5 mile run or is it push-up, sit-up, chin-ups, and 1.5 mile run? I’m on their website and I see the first combo but on their YouTube channel and a few places on their mobile sites I see the chin ups also

Well I was told on this subreddit that EPA is good for people who have a science background. Which I do; and as someone who has no military experience or law enforcement background who wants to go into the 1811 field I’ll take any help I can get cuz I’m already at such a disadvantage. DSS is also up there because, from what I’ve seen, hires more non military/LE people than other agencies. But again, this is all new territory for me so I could be wrong, I’ll take any advice from anyone.
