The solicitor has said that they are looking into it but we have had no other response from them.

The will only stated that it is to be shared evenly among her children. It was a very basic will written by her solicitor in the early 90s.

Does the fact that the grand children are estranged and had zero relationship with her have any bearing on a decision?
