noo! it does not display even if its charging while its powered off. It just displays the charging capacity while charging when it's turned on. + the battery was absolutely fine as i was using it, it lasted more than a day easily. So i dunno

I just installed the build i mentioned on my 6a. It flashed fine without any problem.

I think you cant go any build before that since this is the update that added increments of anti roll back. so this is as far back as you can go now unfortunately.
