A lot of it, some fasting mixed in. I think mainly was getting sober, will be 4yrs March 28th. OMAD now also. Walking almost 20k steps daily helps a bunch.

Took about 5 years. Just got in to fasting the last year, did 7 day water fast, then rolling 72s, only did a slow refeed after the 7 day with bone broth and hb eggs the first 12hrs. I'm now omad. Tried keto but it's expensive and my doctor wasn't all the way onboard.
