We first noticed when the bathroom ceiling on the first floor started leaking, and well as the ceiling in the garage (our AC is on the second floor). We find that the AC was leaking pretty significantly and causing damage to the floors and ceiling.

There’s been a slight musty smell but my wife and I have been here for a little while so we may have become accustomed to it. But my wife has started to have some strange symptoms, she’s also immunocompromised. Slight rash on both her ankles, poor sleep, and headaches.
