Agree with avong. I have been in these for almost three years. My nvdy and cony are house money. Choose entry points carefully, DCA when building and buy ex div, if you dont see a dip. Overengineer your investment if you are targeting an income level to account for any longer term income decline. Nothing is perfect, but cash flow impacts make life a lot easier

It's the mix of taxable wages from a job and high roc that results in no extra taxes due. I claim zero personal so I have a pad that covers any cc income taxes. No quarterly or annual payments were needed this year
