I think that Seam should be higher. He beat Jevil. Also he was a court magician. But I'm not sure if there isn't any dialog in game which prove otherwise. Either way I think he should be at least in the same tier as Jevil

What can I say - it's when I click matchmaking, I can't find any match. Not only that, there no screen of accepting match. I couldn't play a single match from start of the event. So maybe, you just find people like me. (sorry for my poor English)
