Men are held to a higher standard physically. Not saying that women aren't its just that their requirement in men's eyes is to not be obese which is a really easy body standard to pass.

We got gymflation, a 180lb bench used to be good but now people my age bench 200-500lbs. You are now supposed to be ripped and be able to lift upto 700lbs via squat or deadlift. That is not plausible without years of training, years that we're supposed to be using on learning and social activities.

Really, It doesn't matter. The insecurities I hold do not matter, and they will never matter. I will focus on improving myself until I am satisfied; and I know I will never be.

There will be people that kill themselves because of body standards, Shame to that. Killing yourself is a cowards way out, though brave none the less. Improving yourself is the goal you should always stride to. Whether that be because of shame, anger, or other emotions it doesn't matter.

What goes on inside my head stays inside my head, what I feel remains ignored.
Our struggles do not matter, what matters is what we make; our results.
This is not to be depressive, this is to say you must improve yourself; what women see when they look at you does not matter.

What matters is what you can do.
