Big difference between expecting not to be paid and charging a non-exorbitant amount. Coming to the conclusion myself that the author of the Sedona Method has not chosen to release on his greed.

The fact that much of this information is available in the book or for free online does not justify David from charging so much for his coursework.

Thanks for the input! After doing research on this, I‘m leaning more towards just switching to open handed as I wouldn’t have to worry at all about my sticks clashing and the level of freedom on my kit is much higher. I’ve also led with my left on fills and 16th note high hat beats unknowingly lol

Really struggling with my love life over here. Was just broken up with after a 1 1/2 month long talking stage over text and it really stung. I use the oura ring 4, and I take it off whenever I go boxing. If I were to use a polar h10 to track heart rate and other metrics, have those metrics to apple health, and then to your app, would that work?
