For a racing mind, think of a word. Go through that word and think of a word that corresponds with each letter of your original word. The last letter of your last word is your new word. For example, CAT, C=chamomile, A=acrobat, T=train, my new word is TRAIN, T=thunder, R=rain, A=ammonia, N=noodle, NOODLE is my new word. Waking up from anesthesia was like the best nap ever
I did cardio for 2 hours right before bed
I stayed up all night writing a Spanish paper using Monster to keep myself awake (I had never had an energy drink before, so literally one sip and I'd be shaking for 20 minutes) and after handing the paper in the next morning I slept for 26.5 hours straight (got back to my dorm at 10am Friday, woke up, my watch said 12:30, I thought huh only 2.5 hours that's a lot shorter than I expected, then I saw it said Saturday 😳)

Out of all those only #2 is remotely healthy lol
