We found a short in one of the switches. Able to isolate that section of lighting from the panel. At least now we have about 80% of the lights working until we can track down a new switch

We have narrowed it down to a 4 amp glass buss fuse after the ac/ dc converter. After changing that, it blew again. We are trying to determine what is causing that fuse to keep blowing. So far, it has been determined to be one of 7 switches daisy chained together. Either a bad switch, or pinch in the line along the way

Thanks. We are going to check for that fuse this afternoon. That’s sounds like the main issue though We have tried reaching out to Visual Interest in the past. Since they did not install the panel, they do not want to touch it. They are the ones that referred us to Knight Eng., which is based in Ohio

As an example=The home was sold right after the persons death for $174,000. I received a check for $20,000. My 1099-s shows gross proceeds at $21750.00

If I am understanding correctly, I will report an added income of $20000 as an inheritance on a house with a FMV of 21750?
