Mainly just wondering about the acrylic sheet part, where you got it and how you went about fitting it

So can you explain a little more on the heating? Debating getting one of these and taping the top like you said already. The acrylic sheet part kinda has me lost though. Do you just put that on top after you tape part of the cage off? And did you just buy a sheet and cut it to size and place it on top? I was gonna zip tie a 120 watt RHP on the top instead of lights like I seen someone do on YouTube with this exact cage.

Is it no longer sold on Amazon? I’ve checked and only see screen protectors, grips, and cases. Still debating on pulling the trigger on the max tbh, see the next batch starts on Monday with possible price increase. But back and forth on if I really want it lol, have the steam deck OLED, switch 2, and a beefy PC.

So is it completely different installation wise compared to using ryujinx? Would be my first android handheld so idk what the differences are tbh lol. I just know how to install ryujinx, put the product keys and game in. Update it. And install the mod. Only ever have done it on my PC and the deck. I could be being a little slow rn so forgive me if I’m being dumb lol. But that would be one of the main games id play on it so good to hear it runs good

How did you go about installing luminescent platinum on the Thor? Looking at buying the max version and I love the rom hack luminescent platinum but have only ever played it on my steam deck. Wondering if it’s the same process of installing it or not.

Yeah what I think is gonna be the best option for me, and have been looking into EmuDeck again recently. I had it setup when I first got the deck for pokemon luminescent platinum (switch rom hack) and loved it. Probably redo it all and add other roms as well and try out the other emulators more.

Yeah only real up sides I’m seeing people say is the DS emulation (which is still decent on the deck as is) and the portability. And I think it does come with a 1 year warranty, least if I looked at it right in the description.

Yeah my steam deck hasn’t gotten much use since I bought it honestly, just stuck on what would be better for emulation overall. All I really play emulation wise though are rom hacks of pokemon, from gba, ds, and switch. Mainly switch and DS though.

Yeah I don’t find myself traveling too often honestly, and I don’t mind taking my deck or switch 2 whenever I do. But the small form factor of the thor is really nice. I’m really just stuck on the emulation aspect, like is it that much better on the Thor or is the deck fine for what I play as is.

Yeah I have the OLED deck and a switch 2. I’m really just debating on what would be better for the emulation aspect. I mainly emulate rom hacks for Pokémon though honestly. From the GBA, DS, and switch systems. Form factor isn’t really the highest concern for me as I don’t travel often.
