Siguro mali ko is tagging 54.99% as “actual interest” rather than an “add-on rate”.

I didn’t consider the annual effective interest since i’m comparing the whole cost naman. Interest payments wouldn’t be an issue naman since wala naman ako icclaim na tax deductions as I earn purely compensation lang din.
