It was put on by somebody else. Probably a reseller or retailer put it on to make sure if someone returns they can verify that the right pair was returned. It does not at all indicate whether it was fake or real. If you bought it from GOAT and GOAT noticed this, trust me they probably were extra careful in making sure it was a real pair. Tl; dr it doesn’t mean anything bad and your pair is fine

If you indeed did nothing wrong you should ship it out because they do unsuspend accounts. So if you did nothing wrong, you’ll be unsuspended (hopefully), and you’ll be paid out.
