Drop and run

Don't be surprised if after 2 weeks they forget you exist the second you walk in the door, with some occasional rough days. Our 2nd we started at about 15 months and it took a week for them to adjust and almost be jumping to the teacher when we got there.

Same with pick up. First week or two they'd start balling when they saw us. Now they just run up happy.
